The Non-Jazz NBA Thread in the Jazz Section

Dyson Daniels is really putting himself together in year 3.
That trade was a steal for the Hawks. Daniels is a defensive monster while making some nice progress offensively. The Jalen Johnson, Risacher and, Daniels trio has the makings of something special. At this point I'm not sure how Trae fits in but I don't think that decision will be made until at least the offseason after a full season of seeing how these guys mesh.

The biggest problem is that DDV has regressed to his career averages instead of progressing off his career year

I mean, it wouldn’t matter as much if Conley was still the player he was. But yeah, they were really counting on DDV. The production next to Ant is significantly worse than last year. They were already running on borrowed time with Conley.

I'm still a big believer in Jarace Walker. Great defensive activity and can play with the ball in his hands a bit on offense. Wish he got more PT.

Matas might not be super effective atm, but he's definitely a great athlete and has a good motor as well. Very toolsy prospect.

They have no spacing with Rudy/Randle/McDaniels on the floor and very limited driving lanes. Piling up to's. I saw Randle described as power forward D'Lo and thought that was both funny and accurate.

I will never get people not thinking lebron is the most talented player to ever touch a basketball him doing this at 40 is insane

He’s 37. Conley has aged better than anyone could have expected, but Father Time is undefeated. Rudy is also getting up there in age. Last year was likely their best shot.
Only people father time has had to take an L against are Brady and Bron

Lebron had his third straight triple double last night.
Lebron is basically 40 years old (39 and 320 days old) and averaging over 24 points, 8 rebounds and 9 assists (second highest of his career) in 35 minutes per game. Shooting percentages of 52.4% from the field (career average is 50.6%), 45.9% from 3 (career high), 78.9% from the free throw line (career high) and Efg of 60% (3rd best of his career)
He is also averaging a career low in turnovers per game.

He is literally having one of the best seasons of his career at 40 years old lol. His assists per game, rebounds per game, turnovers per game, shooting percentage, 3 point percentage, free throw percentage, Efg, and fouls per game this season are all better than his career averages. Its nuts and probably doesn't get talked about quite enough.

35 points, 12 rebounds, and 14 assists last night on 13-22 shooting and 4-7 from 3.
