The Walking Dead

I'm sure somebody has brought this up in this topic, but you guys should play the video game too if you haven't. I don't watch the TV show, but man, that game is really good. And you guys that are actually to the whole thing would probably think even more highly of it.

Yeah it's pretty good. I've only started it (the 1st episode) and I have yet found the little girl in the house but I can still tell that it easily gives you the shivers much more than the show. I don't like story playing but this one is something else.

Wait, what?

Just looked it up and I know what I am doing tonight before the Jazz game. I hate horror movies/games/shows but I love the Zombie genre for some reason.

No you are fine. I jsut didn't know about a game and want details.

Uh I think it's called Walking Dead Episodes. And it has reached to the 8th or 9th as far as I know. The graphical detail is not the sightseeing of the Rockies or anything, kinda animation-ly, but doesn't matter. It grips you right in its mood. The characters are not the original ones let me remind you.

I've played a bunch of zombie games. Think of how Walking Dead differs from other productions in the means of drama, this one does too and adds an amazing amount of thriller-ness that Walking Dead supposedly lacks for the last 2 seasons.

Sometimes.

in a "civilized society like we/u Live in today) the line between killing and murder is at a "fixed" location, morally speaking. also according to the "law"
but with a changing society, the line between what is murder and what is killing will shift. so what in a normal world is murder might be killing in a "walking dead/extreme world"
so if the line between what is murder and what is killing shifts.
i just am of the opinion that using our morality, the morality of the society we live in to judge the murder they committed in their society is flawed.

So the video game y'all are talking about is it the online "www." or the one you buy on disk? I was assuming online but just wanted to clarify.

Positioning human life above everything itself is a moral value too and it's called humanitarianism. I don't live in a perfectly "civilized" society like you, but I can say that my country's soldier values human life more than many of the civilized country's soldiers do.

just took the liberty to search for the definition of morality
is the differentiation of intentions, decisions, and actions between those that are "good" (or right) and those that are "bad" (or wrong).
to me that does not sound absolute.
an action in normal society might be bad/wrong. but that same action in walking dead society might be good/right

Then reserve your ticket for this summers "World War Z"

I think the name was that.

Hell yeah. Love the new tactic they give the zombies in that movie. First they were slow, then some could run and now they have a mass swarm attack that allows them to turn over cars, climb walls and other things given enough numbers.

Help us all.

If you want to have a shifting base for morals that is fine. I do not. I am firm to my convictions.

There is no way to support this claim. You do not know all of your countries soldiers nor do you know all of ours, candas, mexicos, south africas, japans, n koreas...

I'd say that it is roughly equal across the board.

Correct, but I was trying to make a point. Being civilized is not the same thing with owning a developed rich government. Talking about concept differences...
