The Laker fan response is good but let's not celebrate too hard until those ping pong balls fall. I still don't see them not getting a top 3 pick.

Yeah. It's been a weird, crappy season. I really had high hopes for our young core going in to it (bought season tickets) and now I only see 1 or 2 of them as long-term pieces. It better all be worth it. I can't root against the Jazz anymore...except for Wednesday.

I see a good core of 5 players that when starting together are averaging close to 80 points a game, with a bench that is terrible. Kinda like Portland last year.
 
Ok, I didn't see the game. If you look at the stat line of the starting 5, it actually looks pretty good. But our defense just must of sucked scissors big time. So what happened?

I don't have time to read the Laker forums. So are they happy or upset by the win?

Wouldn't it be ironic now if the ping pong balls go the Laker's way, and we'll be ruing the day we lost to the Lakers in our last home game.

Still, it's better to have the odds on your side than against.

We just went from exum/randle to Gordon/smart

This really destroyed our tank.
The odds of landing inside the top 3 are much greater when you're the 4th seed as opposed to the 6th seed, when it is virtually impossible.
This is potentially the WORST LAKERS WIN OF ALL-TIME. All done by a bunch of guys who probably won't even be here next year. Enjoy it you misfits.

What's really pissing me off is Trey Burke is shooting 5/17 and is still playing, like sit his *** down. NOW!

I'm a firm believer that we will get a top 3 pick. And if not, we have a chance to trade for Kyrie Irving.
Regardless, I'm proud of the team. Lakers don't tank. Did I want to win? No. But we won't stoop down to the Jazz or Celtics' (which perturbs me since I thought they had class) level.


8 guys suited up and only now brooks gets in. That guy has no chance.


If lakers don't get top 3 in draft I will be devastated.
I don't care if melo and Lebron came
It would still suck to miss out on a decade of randle, Jabari, or wiggins in purple and gold
