Wouldn't the farm animals get jealous?
I dunno, sounds to me like you are an abusive jerk. Or a jerk at any rate.
What sin is it that he's supposedly been forgiven for?
If I were an abusive jerk, I'd love to have any of you for a spouse. Nothing quite like people who forgive anything easily.
This is one of the worst posts I've ever read on this board.
What makes you think Deron was an abusive jerk? Then you go on to say, 'nothing quite like people who forgive anything easily,' as if you're casting judgement on a group of NBA fans who still have respect for their favorite team's one-time franchise player. It's one thing if this were a forum about a real community and this was a thread about welcoming back a former harmful criminal with open arms, and to say 'you people forgive too easily', but obviously that's not the case.
The scariest part of all this is that I remember you saying you were a teacher in a prior thread. For society's sake, lets hope your students don't learn a THING from you.
Once again, Deron didn't run Sloan out. Sloan ran himself out. He has dealt with far worse attitudes than Deron's. He was the example of never quit and do everything your hardest. That is until He quit midseason and ****ed us over.
And it all had absolutely nothing to do with Deron, then?
"I have no hard feelings. I have nothing but great things to say about the organization," Williams said. "They gave me my first chance in the NBA. They gave me my first big contract in the NBA. ... They're a well-run organization. I just thank them for everything they've done for me."
And the fans.
He loves Utah's fans.
Heck, Williams remains a fan of those Jazz fans who used to roar when he made tricky passes that led to Kyle Korver 3-pointers and Boozer dunks, or when he tripped up a defender with his cross-over dribble or when he exploded over an opponent en route to the rim or, well, when he simply played for their team.
Asked what he misses most about being with the Jazz, Williams talked about "playing in front of the fans" — the 19,911 who filled the arena with electricity, passion and, in his opinion, a vibe unparalleled elsewhere.
"We ..."
Williams caught himself and chuckled after saying "we," and continued.
"They have the best fans in the NBA, I believe, game in and game out," Williams said. "They support the Jazz no matter what the record is, how we're playing, who we were going up against. They just always had our back."
And it all had absolutely nothing to do with Deron, then?
Oh, and luckily, laymen have nothing to do with training and certification of teachers. As it should be.
