Are you upset that he did indeed have a quality game against the Lakers last time? As the thread starter mentions this should be an easy game for the Jazz. Memphis or New Orleans is toast.

i am devastated every time Fes has a good game. the other 363 days of the year, i'm fine.

Jazz by at least 20
...in the first half, Lakers then go on a 87-15 run to win by 52. Kobe scores 40, going 2-12 from the field but 36-39 from the stripe in spite of no defender getting within three feet of him all game. Six Jazz players foul out, including two injured players sitting in suits behind the bench.

Ty Corbin is ejected in the third quarter. Security guards escort him from the arena when they suspect he entered the building using forged credentials. A Staples Center spokesperson confirms that Corbin gained admission using a pass clearly labelled "Coach", but security staff became increasingly suspicious as they observed his behaviour on the sidelines. His inability to signal for a timeout during a 20-0 run is enough to give them probable cause and he is removed from the arena. The NBA office later release a statement praising the Staples security staff for their quick action in saving several players from career-threatening +/- totals. When approached for comment, Jazz GM Kevin O'Connor responds "We just want to see what he can do when he's healthy before making any decisions" but offers no further statements on Corbin's situation. He also refuses to respond to unconfirmed reports that Raja Bell gained admission to Staples using NBA Player credentials that he is clearly not entitled to.

Reached by phone at his farm in Illinios, former Jazz Coach Jerry Sloan just says "Timeouts only coddle the weak. Players today are too soft." before hanging up.

I recorded the game, but nothing shows up on my DVR.
Hmmmm.... I guess the game was that good.
Nice Loss.

Good thing Fes isn't in the game to ruin the game as he is clearly responsible for this season woes, just look at Bynum not getting all the rebounds.
Anybody else enjoy the fakers FT display AWSOME ENTERTAINMENT. Meanwhile 2 fouls for LA and first FT's for Jazz 20sec left in the first. Also funny that Odom intentionally fouls Hayward to stop a fast break and no call

IMO both of Favors fouls were pretty weak even for a rookie call.

At least it isn't a blow out. ..... yet, so that's a positive. Second half should look like last game with their depth and talent to pull away

Evans needs to quit being scared on offense and be assertive and Artest needs to just add a baton to finish off bowling through and beating the rest of the Jazz.

one of the strangest first halves of basketball i've seen, jazz looked god awful at times yet still only down by 6.

For now, I think Hayward should run the point. Weaver doesn't really have a clue on how the offense runs (insert joke here).

Yeah, Bynum is going off for 2 points, too. Fes would have kept him to 1.

Yeh Weaver isn't looking good at all, where is Kirilenko to run the point forward when you need him?
