Trade the lesser of the two first round picks for the expiring contract of Gasol, let Millsap and Jefferson walk. Start Gasol at center with Favors at PF and have Gasol mentor Kanter for a season. Bring in other young players and veterans on minimum salary deals and have a true rebuilding year to see what you got.

As far as next year goes I agree. They should both get 25+ a game next year as well.
