Utah Jazz 2018-19 Championship Bus CHOO CHOO

UTA will face POR in R1 and if they advance the winner of GSW vs SEED8 in R2.
GSW will take #1 because DEN has a brutal schedule. HOU may have a chance to take #2 too, which doesn't concern UTA because they will be either 4 or 5.

R1 Matchups
1. GSW vs LAC
2. DEN vs OKC
3. HOU vs SAS
4. UTA vs POR

R2
GSW vs UTA

We've been pretty lucky with the draw we have pulled in the first round. Portland would clearly be the team to target. Dame is scary, but if CJ is hobbled and Nurkic is out they are pretty clearly the worst team we could face in round 1.

dude, copying-and-pasting without acknowledging the original writer is universally bad taste.

You are correct. Let me fix it:

The Spurs are 35-8 when LaMarcus Aldridge scores at least 20 points and 8-1 when he scores 30. Hold him under 20? The Spurs are 7-22. He's shooting 56.3 from the floor in wins and 44 percent in losses. Want to guess where playoff foes' defensive game plans will focus? -- MacMahon

Yeah, I saw that and winced. Hope dude recovers fully. Kind of feel bad for Portland to. Ick.

I was watching the game - Jared Dudley was guarding Nurk in double OT and is naturally seriously overmatched size wise. Every time Nurk would try to play bully ball (which was every possession) everyone dropped into the paint to help. Bodies were flying - and Nurk being Nurk wasn't backing down from anyone. I distinctly remember thinking someone was going to get hurt one or two possessions before the injury.

I like watching Nurk (when he's not playing The Jazz) I like his game - but guys that size often never come all the way back from injuries like that.

If Portland gets bounced in the first round again (which seems likely) do they blow up the current group?

What is Exum isn't ded but it's us and everyone else on the planet who's ded and Exum is aimlessly looking for us?

It’s more like The Sixth Sense, but instead of Bruce Willis realizing he’s been dead this whole time, DL finally realizes Dante’s dead but he’s been in denial. Or it could be like Fight Club where Dante never was real and is a figment of DL’s imagination.

Spurs are in a tight one with the Hornets.

Looks like the Spurs are going to lose in overtime. The Clippers are up big on the Timberwolves, hard to believe how well they're playing despite trading their best player at the deadline.

Rockets are struggling against the Bucks too
