Josh Smith did not own Hayward. He did score a layup, but that was after Hayward led him right into Millsap and Jeffersuck who just let him score. Jefferson was so bad on defense, I can't believe he even plays late in games. PLEASE trade Jefferson and Corbin.
 
Corbin baby,what a winner.He couldnt even figure out last year that Tinsley is way better than Watson.We have a frikken scarecrow for a coach.Cant wait to see crows start landing on Ty's shoulders.

I thought it was funny that Earl Watson had such a long leash. He was the one really killing us.

Josh Smith got every rebound over Hayward, drew a double team, which led to open looks for Horford and their shooters, and he scored a couple key buckets, including a jumper and a layup.

Jefferson played 38+ minutes and it showed in the fourth. Ty is craven, so he won't let the youth work out some of their poor play. He has a tendency to sub by association and since Favors was playing poorly, he subbed Kanter as well. Don't get me wrong, Kanter sucked too. Favors = big goose egg tonight.

Josh smith is not really a 3... he is four that they use at the 3 sometimes..... hayward is ok at the 3 against 90% of the league
 
This was absolutely a game where Favors should have been playing some in the 4th quarter. It would have completely changed our defense.
 
Trade Al for whatever you can get. A second round pick in 2057 and tickets to a community theater production of Les Mis, I don't care. He is a net negative. Same goes for Earl. And Foye, I don't care how hot he was tonight. And Marvin-he didn't even play and I'm still pissed at him. Let's move on already.

True, but Hayward's advantage is primarily being able to shoot and pass over the top of opposing guards. He's an impact player at the 2 and not really at the 3.

You are right that the bench sucked and lost most of a huge lead.... however most of the starters came back in when the jazz were up 6 and we lost by 8 so that was a 14 point swing.

Smith is a 4.... corbin should have went with millsap at the 3, along with favors and jeffy like a few others have said.

The Hawks already had a full head of steam at that point, which is why I correctly said (at 7 minute mark of game) that it was going to be hard to hold this run down for seven minutes. The momentum battle was completely lost.
