Utah vs. #15 Pitt

Can Utah stop Pitt's running attack? Nope.

I'm sure Whitt will have the defense set up to try and make them beat us through the air with a inexperienced QB. But I'll be honest Lewis scares me the way he can change directions, he'll be a headache to tackle

Pitt 28 Utah 17

Just a quick question- and it's not because you've picked against Utah because I could easily see this game going either way, but why are you so certain that Pitt can run on Utah?

While Pitt does have possibly the best RB in the nation, almost all of their O-line is new. I don't think it's a gimme that Pitt is going to come into RES and control the line of scrimmage.

Because he fantasizes about Max Hall spanking him as he says naughty things about the Utes.

Typical of BYU fans on here. They hate the Utes and bring no intelligent conversation to the table.

I actually think this game could be fairly easy for the Utes. This is the type of team they are set up to beat. The Utes strength defensively this year is the Line. The teams that will give them problems are teams that can throw it to multiple receiver's and spread the ball around through the air.

Pitt has a sophomore QB with little exp. They will need him to make a good # of plays to stay close and win.

i hope you're right but I think putting Pitt away will be harder than you make it sound. Wannstedt is stubborn enough to stay with the run all not long, even if it's not working at all. If they wear Utah down, and it's close in the 4th Qtr, this could easily turn into a nightmare for Utah.

With that being said, if Utah can get up by a couple of scores, that nullifies Pitt's running game a bit and maybe Utah can find a way to get outta this game with what seems like an easy win.

Wow, your head is so far up your *** it is scary. Every thread you post in it is pretty much the same thing. You say how horrible and idiotic BYU fans are while you fit your hated mold exactly. Good job. Both side's fans are pretty much the same. It is a rivarly, it is how it works. The fact that you dont see that and actually believe your side is somehow a better caliber of fan shows your head hasnt seen light in a while.

I feel like I'm watching BYU play against Utah. Could PITT be anymore disappointing and/or predictable? After this game, I will root against Pittsburgh.

I'm glad the Utes won, but that timeout crap at the end was just garbage. I detest it when coaches do that. I can't believe you can do it twice in a row. That's a penalty in the pros. But just one more reason why the pros are the pros.
