Yeah... it would've been one thing if we'd known well beforehand that Favors was going to be out for awhile, but to keep getting blindsided with "Favors is out" right before every game kind of sets a dull mood.

I have no real idea what they are. I guess the muscles get fatigued or something from intense work. Seems like something that should be correctable or treatable.

Larry Bird ended his career due to back spasms. So I guess it ain't no joke.

Hell yeah! I've got a couple nice fondue pots and was thinking of doing some fondue for New Years but ended up not doing it. I'm way jealous.

But I am making sous vide pork chops. Got my brew rig back together and decided to break it in with some sous vide.

Haven't brewed in like forever. Had to replace my main contactor and decided to change the layout and completely re-do my wiring. It looks a little better and should be easier to see if there are any issues/should be less prone to having any issues. But just like before, I use my electric brewery for sous vide more than I use it to make beer. Pork chops, especially the really thick ones, are something I think I will never do any other way than sous vide ever again. Perfectly done all the way through with no overcooked outer portion.

Jazz starting to move the ball well, also rotating on defense effectively. Looking well coached at the moment.

Also they are showing Gobert moving on the Root Sports feed. Harpring dropped the phrase "he's close" 2-3 times.

Just found out that the Jazz are leading in 3 poitn attempts since Favors and Gobert have been out.
