He had quite the showing in the Vegas league taking Co-MVP. Bradley Beal was at that one and other highly toted rookies. Is this the next mistake on KOC record that most are going to justify away?

Wow, it would have been easier to package a deal to move up! Dang a GM must be the easiest job every you seem not to expect that much from the man.
And just how were we going to get Lillard? Had the Jazz missed the playoffs (and tried to "tank"), they probably would have been slotted around #12. Doubtful they would have been as bad as Portland (28-38) which got the #11 pick, but could have finished with a worse record than Milwaukee (31-35). Houston would have made the playoffs instead of getting the last lottery slot.He had quite the showing in the Vegas league taking Co-MVP. Bradley Beal was at that one and other highly toted rookies. And here comes the justifying. Thanks Hotnick for at least thinking out side of the tiny box some Jazz fans put themselves in.
NO ONE was able to move up into the Top-10 of the draft. I guess that means every single GM is incompetent and needs to be fired.Wow, it would have been easier to package a deal to move up! Dang a GM must be the easiest job every you seem not to expect that much from the man.
Your title is misleading though.. you'd have to say:
1) missed the playoffs; and
2) get lucky with the lottery.
But the lottery we have no control over. So this seems to me to be a redundant thread.
If we would have lost to GS? Are you talking about the game on Apr 6th? Who's to say they wouldn't have lost their next game to Denver or given the Minnesota game away? And then you look at Toronto. They should have lost the game against Boston and then on the road at Atlanta. Had they dropped either. GS would have finished at #8 (or thrown away the Minnesota game to finish in a tie). No, but if we would have lost to GS then we would have had the 8th and the 18th. Hell sakes we could have tried to even get Perry Jones who dropped like a rock which would have shored up or big men and given us more of a chance to move Al or Millsap. Now, Thunder are in a win win if they can't resign Ibaka who we should've drafted over Kufos they have Jones to take his place at a cheaper price.

But I have to complete you, KOCBegone. You are the most idiotic poster on the entire board, blinded by your hatred towards one man, who is actually regarded quite highly amongst his peers.
NO because technically we sealed our fate when we beat GS. Two picks in a deep draft would have been worth not getting our $%# handed to us in the first round. I think that GS now is capable of making the playoff next year. Why not they have a solid starting line up. And we are technically the same team that backed our way in last year.
Truly, you are the only one that contends with ncoloradojazz as the apex of slop-brained buffoons here.
Congrats.
I finally understand now why you've got zero rep power.
It takes great effort - well done.
