Probably, because if we Americans squawked on that one, someone would mention some native American tribes that have vanished, too. Germany's "Ultimate Solution" resembles "Manifest Destiny" and the methods Americans resorted to in order to get the inconvenient natives cleared out of the way of "progress".
It's true that many Indian tribes, with trading links to the British international trading cartels, did fight on the side of the British in the American Revolution, and our Colonists had to fight literally everywhere. The Cherokees are one example of this, and it has been estimated that the Colonists nearly wiped out the Cherokee nation, and the survivors had to start from scratch, with their homes and farms burned out. But by about 1830 they had converted to Christianity in large measure, and had their own Constitution modeled after the United States, and wanted to be a "State". They had rebuilt their homes and farms, and in many respects had adopted the manners and economics of "Americans". But the discovery of gold in their region created a mad wave of legislation and corruption that overturned every decent thing Americans fancy they deserve respect for, and the Cherokees were forced out, in large measure. Today there is still a small area in North Carolina that is a Cherokee community, but most went down the "Trail of Tears", where most died en route. The land they were promised by Treaty was later taken away, again, in large part.
The solemn truth is, nobody has any rights that a crazed mob will not strip from you, while calling it "democracy" or "justice" somehow. Even in America.
