Giving him a C isn't defending him, it's being realistic.
It's frightening how many of you apparently view a C as a good grade. Weird.

I gave another F.
No guts, no decisions. . . . nothing but doing what's "safe" and predictable.
The whole "locker room harmony" thing is not what the game is about.
Play for the win. If you don't do that you're not any kind of coach.
C would be average. Just by the natural progression of our young players alone we shouldn't have been worse than last year. Not to mention Mo, Marvin, and Foye is an upgrade from Harris, Miles, and Josh Howard. He deserves somewhere between D and F. I rounded down.
I view a "C" as average. Since I don't think Corbin is even close to average it's a far better grade than he deserves. This season was a fail on so many levels I don't see how anybody can give him over a "D"Giving him a C isn't defending him, it's being realistic.

Maybe I'm alone, but I would consider a C to be below average.
