What would be the first thing that you would do if you were Snyder?

First thing I'd do is be pissed I was announced coach on a Friday afternoon. That's when you release bad news you want swept under the rug. Then I'd do a line.
 
Then who was the basic bitch he had at the presser? (Yeah, by all means, don't bother tossing a comb through your rats nest before your husbands most important day.....)
 
I would hop on to jazzfanz.com for some useful information, then I would lock up Messina as an assistant, then I would call up Lane Kiffin for some advice.
 
Lock up Messina as an assistant, view all Jazz games from last season to determine weaknesses, strengths, who stays and who is tradeable, view video of all jazz player workouts for the draft and visit with Lindsey on what he thinks the Jazz need to do in the draft.
 
I'm sure he's already communicated with Messina.
Snyder already has some of his staff hired, as the Jazz kept Jones, Jensen and Bryant on the payroll. Choosing a #1 assistant, if its not Messina (which I doubt it will be) is the first priority.

You all are jumping way ahead.

First things first.

1. - Learn what state the city of Utah is in.
2. - Find out from the FO which players names he needs to remember.
3. - Get coach K to convince Parker that looking really bad in his workouts will be good for him. A drop to 5 is what's best.
4. - Get Karl and John's numbers, call them often. Ask them to be assistants, or player dev coaches.
 
Go to Best Buy, run into Deron Williams, and get his opinion on whether David Benoit still has any gas left in the tank.
 
Go watch Aaron Gordon workout and take some mental images for the WB..... oh wait, that is actually what he did.
