My main issue is that it feels incomplete (since the story isn't really over yet) and they really gave short shrift to some valid policy disputes (i.e. what percentage payout AIG should have given to IBs on their policies) in favor of treating the decision like total corruption.
I also really dislike it when documentarians show bits like interview subjects saying things like "three more minutes then I have to go" or pointing out that they voluntarily showed up and it's not a deposition where the documentarian has an absolute right to their personal financial information and its relevance to the documentary subject. Those are frankly significantly more prejudicial than relevant to the film.
