I have always thought Sap was a 6th or 7th man and not a starter so I would have been happy to see him go but I heard nothing before or after the deadline that made any sense. So who should have we traded him for?

Should've traded Sap for Paul George almost two years ago, when he was actually worth something.

I voted for Marvin Williams-Devin Harris. Marvin took away minutes from Hayward, Burks, and Carroll, and then didn't do much with those minutes. Plus, he is probably onboard next year for about $8m in cap space, whereas Harris is a free agent. Additionally, Harris could have filled in admirably when Mo Williams was down for 20+ games. As neither Harris nor Mo are elite PGs, I think the competition between them for the starting job and minutes in general would have raised the quality of the position. They also both have the ability to play off the ball.

Offseason to-do list:
1. Let Mo, Foyeeee3, Al, Watson, and Tinsley walk.
2. Re-sign Carroll
3. Draft McCollum
4. Sign Tony Allen
5. Trade Marv for Deng + 2014 first-round pick
6. S&T Millsap + goodies to LAC for Bledsoe + filler
7. Remove Corbin. Hire Brad Stevens or SVG.

I'd keep Tinsley as a 3rd string PG, almost play-coach.
Why not sign & trade Jefferson too? Why just try a S&T with Millsap, especially considering more teams will have the cap space to sign Millsap outright, considering he will make less than Jefferson.
Why would Chicago give up Deng and a 1st round pick for Marvin? He is an all star and second best player.

You know, I never thought of it that way. I just short of hated Harris being here, but everything put together, all of those moves were a waste of time at best.
