It is more than just an imposition and overreach it is also a quite regressive form of taxation.

I think thats actually a really legit idea. I think the left needs to think outside the box. They need to go for someone that can really connect with the people. A counter to what Trump is. Its gotta be a big splash. She would garner a lot of white votes too. I would vote for her. I love Oprah. She is a great person.

I think that another alternative would be Chris Rock. It might sound ridiculous, but we got Trump, so why not? He isnt stupid. You dont have to be a genius to be president. You have all sorts of help. Think how damn entertaining the debates would be too.

This actaully might be our future. I think the people are tired of boring *** crooked establishment politicians. We want real people. Whoever it is, I think it will be someone from the entertainment industry.

I jokingly threw kanye out there and you have oprah an hack said chris rock. I dont think most rich celebrities are dumb enough to want to be president. Being president comes with extreme amounts of stress and pressure and no matter what you do tons of people hate you and criticize you for everything.

Its shocking to me that anyone would even want to be president. Especially someone who already really rich. Speaking for myself, if I were any of these rich celebrities I would rather just have fun and enjoy my life than deal with the stress and criticism that comes with being the president.

Sanders has not ruled himself out of another run for the presidency, although a decision won’t be made until the summer of 2018 at the earliest. Other possible progressive candidates include Warren, Kamala Harris, and Julian Castro from Texas. Establishment possibilities include Cory Booker, Tim Kaine, and Andrew Cuomo.

Honestly I could see this happening. Mark Cuban, Oprah, people like them who are not dumb and can garner support by way of their celebrity. Honestly, Warren Buffett would have been a great famous person candidate, not famous on par with Oprah, but still very well known, but way too old now.

Yeah this is why you get candidates that are either career politicians (who have been groomed all along for the job), or successful business men (who have already learned to deal with the pressure and conflict or they wouldn't be successful). It isn't very often you see a yoga teacher or something interested in the presidency.

I think Oprah has been through quite alot and can handle the pressure. She has been in public life for quite some time. Plus, it would just be hard to get people to not like her. It would probably work against you to trash her. She is adored by a lot of people. She has touched many lives in a very positive way.

I cant think of another woman that would be better for the job. The biggest question is her debate skills, but then again, do any of them have debate skills? Its just spewing slogans and rhetoric. If someone got up there and actually talked like a normal person and sounded genuine, it would go a long way. Beleive it or not, thats one of the appeals of Trump, even though his genuineness is garbage.

She has a ton of life experience and has dealt with all walks of life. She has the money to do it too.

She would be the perfect person to heal the country. We need a good person in there now.

This time, instead of whitelash, or brownlash, or party swing, its gotta be good person lash. She is the opposite of Trump. Its what we will be looking for when his presidency ends.

I don't think it's up to the party establishment. If Oprah decides that she wants to be president no one is going to be able to stop her.
