I was having a debate with a Co-Worker a few moments ago about the 'glue' guys of this team. Some call them Veterans but I don't believe that is true as there are many Veterans that are against the grain as well, just as in business.
For the Jazz this year, without a doubt I see the glue guys as Booker and Ingles. These are two players (Especially Ingles) who I see as leaders, mature, and the guys that probably pull the team together.
His response was this is Hayward and Favors team and they are the guys that hold and direct the team.
Which brought us to the next question about next year. Are Booker and Ingles back with us next year and if not, is it now Hayward and Favors team and can then hold the team together in the locker room, in timeouts, on the court. I am fans of both but I don't see this being either of their strong suits so having a Booker and Ingles on the roster getting 10-15 minutes a night next year or for the next few years may be a positive thing.
