What's new

Who here works 40 hours a week or more?

Anywhere from 40 -90 hours per week.

This last May I worked 344 hours for the month. Thats the most I have ever worked. At that point you start dreaming about your work.

I'm currently applying where PKM works.

I don't mind work so much. Its the having to get up and be somewhere early in the morning everyday. I just wish I could sleep in more. I love sleep.

This is a tough one. When I'm in town, I work from home. If you count the time spent flying all over the damn planet, my weekly average would be ridiculous.

But then again, I love my job and it doesn't seem like work all that much. Still boggles my mind I get paid what I do to do what I do.

Oh... and education pays off. Anyone who says otherwise is full of crap.

Another cabinet job I had let me work 40 hours anytime. Like you could do it all in 3 days or do the regular 5. And you could also get all the overtime you wanted. Kinda weird.

I worked/went to school for about 95 hours a week for 8 years. Now I work about 28 hours a week. My goal is in 5 years to only be working 2-3 hours a day, 4 days a week.

Back to the article, I wonder if that article wasn't half wrong, but if the difference is that we have a lower % of people working now a days?

Going to school and working at the same time all being lumped together? Scary numbers for me back in the day if that's the case.

Not really, but thanks for showing your complete ignorance and misunderstanding of agriculture today.

I was joking, and yeah, I don't know anything about farming other than all the farmers/ranchers I know are overpaid crybabies. Average farm income is like $170k per year, what do these people keep bitching about?

I think they have a lot more expenses than the average homeowner

Oh I'm not bitching. But I'm also not overpaid. If it wasn't for me bubba, you wouldn't be eating anything. So you can thank me that you're fat.

I hope to God I'm not eating anything your kleenex smelling hands have grown/touched.

If you've ever eaten fries or potato chips, pretty decent shot you've eaten something I've touched.

Bitch.
Depressing. On a positive note, I have now just changed my diet to a healthier one.
