Derrick Favors.

Favors needs to prove that he's the best over the long haul before I vote for him. Based on last season, our best player is Millsap.

Isn't it obviously Jefferson? Favors is a defensive beast, but he is too raw in other aspects. Millsap is a great all around player, but he doesn't beat Jefferson flat-out in any category (except steals). Also, Millsap disappears for 15 games at a time every season.

Where's the option for AK? His PER is higher than all these guys'.

coin toss beteewn jefferson and millsap. voting for favors is ridiculous at this point.

favors should still start next season.
Agree.
Right now, I'd rank them as Millsap, Jefferson and Favors. Derrick still hasn't shown he can stay on the court for more than 20-25 mins without getting into foul trouble. He also hasn't shown much consistency. That said, at some point I expect him to make a quantum leap forward. He needs to get as many minutes as possible.

Sap slight edge over Big Al for slightly better defense, and a more all around player.
Both are pretty close though.

Favors will most raw talent and potential.

Side note: Kanter severly underrated by board, and could be close second to Favors soon.
(as in most potential). I think more people will be on his bandwagon this time next year.

Sorry, but Al is our best player, but could see both Favors and Hayward jump him. Millsap disappears for long stretches, like the entire month of February, and isn't much better defensively. Al at the moment Al is the most consistent player we have.

I know it's not the popular opinion but I chose Favors. I think he is the most valuable player to the team. Mostly because his defense is head and shoulders better than either of the other 2 players. I think his impact on the game defensively makes him the best player on the team. I am hopefull that his offense is improved enough this next season that nobody will question who our best player is anymore.

Agree.

Favors averaged 12/10/1.5 in 29 minutes per during the playoffs. For me, that was him proving he's ready for 30+ minutes, especially since we're all anticipating more improvement from him this summer.

As far as the thread's original question, I'd say Millsap. Al is still a defensive liability and stops the offense a lot. I know that tune's been played to death, but it's true. On the bright side, I think we're only a year away from Favors being the best player on the team.

Who is the best rebounder of the 3? favors and its not even close.
Who is the best defender of the 3? Again, favors and it not even close.

Now as far as offense goes most people just automatically assume that millsap and jefferson are much better, however if you look at the games favors started you will see that he averaged almost as many points as them without having as many opportunities as them to score.(not as many plays ran for him)

I say favors by a long shot.
