I met John Stockton about 2-2.5 years ago when he was here for his kids tourney at Weber (I think). Anyways, it was at Red Lobster, he was there because of lent.

Humphries turned me and my friends down at a mall once because we all wanted him to sign something But he was with his Family I think
I can't even remember if it was a real sig or not, but in Jr. Jazz they would always send out the crappiest player to meet the little kids and give everyone a photo of the guy with his sig on it. I believe it was none other than the man, the myth, the legend; Stephen Howard himself that graced us with his presence at the one in my local community.
Ours was Tyrone Corbin (back before he was 'Ty'). That's when I learned that those mass-produced photos had fake autographs.
I went to a Karl Malone signing at Zion's Bank in Delta UT in 1992. He asked if he could sign the jersey I was wearing even though it was a Stockton one. So I have a John Stockton jersey signed by Karl Malone. That was my first.
Since then I have a ball with Price, Gaines, Mattews, Miles, Thurl Bailey and the Bear.
