Why Hayward?

MKG really needs to play for a good team in need of an extra gear, leadership, a defensive 'leader', and a spark. He's not going to get that.

I think the Cavs at least have another great player in Irving.

Wizards have Wall, but he isn't as good as Irving and they have a lot of other rookies who are all pretty mediocre.
