We just traded Burks, with two picks, for what you’re saying is a bad return. What kind of value would he have had in a Washington trade?
Even listening to Locke today he was talking Burks value. He said Burks had value just not to the Cavs. He could have had a higher value to the Wiz. Favors and Burks maybe. They have a pg so they wouldn't want Rubio. We just traded Burks, with two picks, for what you’re saying is a bad return. What kind of value would he have had in a Washington trade?
I have a windowless van and lots of rope and duct tape...
Maybe, but substitute Burks for Rubio.Burks would not have been the reason for a Beal deal. If anything, Favors and Rubio and picks has more value than what Burks would have brought to the table.
For example, Favors, Rubio, Bradley and multiple 1st rounders picks for Beal and Mahinmi works out quite well for Washington especially if they move Wall as well. They would avoid the luxury and dump Mahinmi's monster terrible deal while also picking up solid players and 1st rounders for Beal.
While they may favor a Favors/Burks package over what else we could offer, do you think they’d prefer Favors/Burks over what other teams would offer?Even listening to Locke today he was talking Burks value. He's 3/3 as a Jazzman already
As for Fultz.
I'm feeling irritated today so sarcasm flows....
Fultz...a point gaurd who has lost the ability to play basketball or shoot but has "Potential" and an inflated contract. Sounds like a Jazzman to me.
No, unless you have real shooters. Now we have one old one. One player doesnt open the floor like magic unless he can do it all.

Depends, that is why we may have made the Korver trade. I've only seen Beal for Ingram in rumors. We don't have an Ingram to trade. Burks is expiring. IDKWhile they may favor a Favors/Burks package over what else we could offer, do you think they’d prefer Favors/Burks over what other teams would offer?
Of course you do. . .
DL is very risk adverse. Doubt he even is trying to shake that tree. He goes after the fruits that are dropping off of the trees.I know right? DL should have acquired Beal, Mirotic, and Korver in a 4 way mega trade. What is wrong with him for not being able to swing it?

http://www.1280thezone.com/the-joe-ingles-show-with-dj-pk-volume-5-episode-9/Heard a bit of the Ingles interview on 1280 this morning. I would not characterize Joe's reaction to the trade as positive. The Kool-Aid sippers could argue he was neutral on the topic. Unless I missed a part I would say neutral is a stretch.
He loved AB... they are friends... is he supposed to be stoked his friend is gone?

Yeah, Jingles not too enthused with the trade. I don't think it's anything about Korver, but I think Alec was a favorite of many in the locker-room. He called Alec "one biggest inspirations around the club" about how he handled his injuries and worked extremely hard to get back in shape after every single one and be ready to play whenever he was called upon. Seems like he will be missed not just by the rare irrational fan but by the players too...
Nope he was a coach addition. Also, most of you should be on the Boston Celtics fan pages following your hero. You still owe us a self ban from Gwarklani Hairdon making the all star team.
