I like the Gobert pick. Cash means nothing to us. It's basically like we drafted a second round prospect at #46.

He'll make the roster. My only question is if he comes over this year or waits. With our roster situation, I see no reason not to bring him over immediately.

Would also like to add that Detroit taking KCP was HUGE for us. I think if Detroit went in another direction and took anyone else, Minnesota would have taken KCP instead of trading the pick to the Jazz.

Anyone think the push to play Millsap, AK and Foye so much was communicated from the top on down - i.e. so they might have trade value at the deadline? Minutes did free up a bit afterwards.
