Decided to make a gfy from the Favors' 3:

Hate to say this to all the Kanter apologists, but Favors has a better stroke from distance.

Lovin Hood since he came back from injury. He has played well for a rookie. I hope he ceiling still has a way to go!

Got to love two good games in a row for Burke. If he can improve his consistency I really like him going forward.

<sigh> Maybe Rudy caught the "Millsap Malady." This mysterious injury shows no symptoms, but causes a basketball player to have ****ty games for weeks on end.

I take it you are a doctor that has personally treated Millsap or Gobert?

Anyone having a meltdown after the youngest team in the NBA fought but lost to the best team in the NBA - with the best homecourt advantage in the NBA - is a ****ing lunatic.

We've been saying this for two straight seasons. Do we give Burke a CJ Miles chance. waiting for him to FINALLY be consistent and waste time and resources that should be given to others? And don't bring up CJ's first two seasons in the league as a comparison. He came to the NBA out of HS; Trey played two years at Michigan.

DESPITE those two good games, Trey is still shooting worse than last season. He's improved a little defensively, but IMO, hasn't progressed at all in his team work. He's still a "hero" player who looks for his own shot pretty much every time the ball is in his hands. He was that way as a starter this year, too.

He is what he is. Much like last year, the best thing you can say about him is he doesn't turn the ball over.

Not sure how I feel about his threes, but his penetration is getting better.

Honestly, his shooting maladies really make no ****ing sense. I really do think he has potential to be a 42/36 player for like 13PPG and 6APG.

If Favors can hit that consistently, he catapults into top 5 pf discussion.

Lemme think of the best PFs right now. Aldridge, Griffin, Dirk, Duncan, Green, Davis, Gasol, Monroe, Millsap, Love.

If I had to rank for PFs this season, I'd probably go

1) Davis 2) Aldridge 3) Gasol 4) Griffin 5) Favors 6) Millsap (5 & 6 are arguably interchangeable).

Seeing as Gasol is almost done, there definitely is a high chance that Favors could be top 5 for the next several years. The dude is just 23. Nuts. And we don't even have him on a max contract. Top 30 player IMO.
