I'd rather the players played at max intensity, and for some of them that means the F bomb is going to come out. Not everyone has the same upbringing as your kids.
Yeah. Pretty sure it won't be the first time for any of them, though.
I think Hayward has been the biggest difference between this season and the second half of the last. With him playing well, the Jazz are solid playoffs contenders.
I also don't think Gobert is playing as well as he did last year. No where near the intensity and determination, although he is still a difference maker on the defensive end.
I don't think he has been as good defensively. At least not to the eye test. I can link you the thousand threads where people talked about him being one of the best defenders of all time. He just doesn't look the same.
They repeat everything they hear. So, next time you say "It's time for dinner!", they reply with "THAT'S A G-DAMN FOUL! F***!" See how that might be a problem?
Still, a disaster. I mean they'll have to ask about what the word means, then you'll have to show them porn because what else you're gonna do? Then they become addicted because their wiring was ****ed as children, and they lose their house and their family. In the end, in order to pay mortgage they end up in porn themselves. It is a travesty I tell ya.
I would fall on the floor laughing, but it's not going to happen. My kids hear a lot of things that they know they shouldn't say. They repeat everything they hear. So, next time you say "It's time for dinner!", they reply with "THAT'S A G-DAMN FOUL! F***!" See how that might be a problem?
I didn't think of showing them porn. Are you sure that's a good idea?Still, a disaster. Cool. Next time at max intensity at work I'm gonna try that. But I'm gonna do it on bring your kid to work day.
Thanks for the advice. I guess I need to have a parenting moment with my kids.It is the only thing to do YOU FOOL!
My friends can drop F-bombs, but when I'm paying big bucks for good seats with my kids I don't want to hear it. Might seem like a small thing but I think it's about respecting the game and the fans.
It's funner with the positive delusions... by a milewelcome back optimism
Honestly I think that if it's that important to you that your kids don't hear bad words you better not ever take them out of the house, even for school. I'll bet that if there were kids sitting where they could hear Griffin tonight that he wasn't the only person they heard drop an F bomb during the course of the game. I'd be more concerned about the emotional outbursts of people who weren't even playing.Cool. Next time at max intensity at work I'm gonna try that. But I'm gonna do it on bring-your-kid-to-work day.
