Let's be real, folks. The truth was we let Kobe have his way and then at the end didn't really try to win. Did you see the ridiculous half-hearted 3's we took at the end. Plus you'll note that Hood barely played the second half. You know if we wanted to win, one, we wouldn't have taken those kind of shots, and two, Hood would've been playing.
Did you see the defense we played on Kobe, just put a hand in his face without trying to block the shots. There really wasn't any incentive to win after Houston won. The truth is we didn't care whether we lost and in fact it was to our advantage to lose. More than you can say about Corbin who tried to win and made us lose our chance to get Lillard.
