Anybody here ever been to India?

Well, it seems that the wires inside the crap-sellers brain will short-circuit if they find out that the couple is just friends (or acting like friends). For example when we walked some minutes in those shops which offer some money to the driver who brings customers, the sales persons ignored my female friend and tärget only me (my wallet). After some shops it will be quite tiresome, because most of the people who approach you in India try to sell something to you. We actually missed genuine people with whom we would able to discuss about ohter topics.

I earned free beer from the driver because he tried to lure us again to some kind of shop (or asked some extra money) and my partner shouted something like "Manuel, we don't want this or that, please do ...". :-)
Of course, at the end of the 7th day when he dropped us to the airport we gave him 1000 INR as tip - i think it was quite generous considering the total price of the tour (about 700 USD for two)etc.
 
Kind of like when people say "I don't like Chinese food." I mean, I get that they are pretty much saying that they don't like Americanized "Chinese" restaurant food, but if you take it literally they are pretty much saying they don't like food, as there is every kind of food in China prepared in almost every way imaginable.

But the most generic definition of curry is a dish prepared with a spiced sauce. Of course there is a typical curry flavor that usually involves turmeric and a few common spices.
