I'm interested in seeing if Ulis is good enough to establish himself as a special unit playmaker in the NBA.
 
Tyler Ulis continued his tear through Las Vegas tonight as the summer league’s best point guard. The second-rounder finished with 20 points, eight assists, three rebounds and a win to advance Phoenix to Saturday’s quarterfinals.

NBA TV named him MVP of the game after NBA legend Isiah Thomas drooled over his microphone while praising Ulis’ game throughout the broadcast.

That was freaking awesome! Tied at 79 Murray drives to the basket and Ulis strips him but Murray gets it back and makes the layup to put Denver up 81-79 with 1.8 seconds. Phoenix calls timeout and inbounds from their front court. Ulis inbounds to the top of the key and jumps in bounds to get the ball right back and sinks a 30ft three pointer for the win...82-81.
