You're thinking of Adrian Dantley. He was a good scorer, but never fun to watch. He just backed people down with his enormous butt and made layup after layup...

He can also ref rec-league basketball games and help schoolkids safely cross the street.

I was at this game...greatest comeback ever, Jazz was down by 7 with 28 seconds left in the game. Griffith made 2 threes in the final 28 seconds to win the game.
