Chris Hansen, king county WA billionaire, just wrote the mayor of Seattle offering to 100% a new NBA stadium with private money. No cost to the city or county.

This guy is they guy that was trying to relocate the Kings to Seattle a couple of seasons ago. This has increased talk about an NBA expansion. Vegas is also listed as a potential NBA expansion city.

He also wants to bring the NHL back to Seattle.

I think having NBA teams in Seattle and Vegas would be badass! But count me in with the group that doesn't want to see expansion water down the league. Not only that, I don't even want to imagine what prospects the Jazz could lose in an expansion draft.

Which two teams are ready for a relocation?
