Opinions wanted - Watching the Jazz on League Pass

I use single team outside utah (Texas) and love it. I pick up blackout games (spurs) either in person or local tv

All I can say is that international league pass is excellent. Of course, for an American, it would require VPN somehow.

I find the international LP to be much worse. It rarely is good HD quality. The best it can get is 720p. That is crap these days. It is also laggy. Even under a VPN my internet speed is very fast and I run it on a fast computer but it still lags, buffers, and drops down to crappy quality 1/3 of the game. Plus the international LP wont cast, which is pretty important to me. If you have an app that runs it, it can be okay.

i sometimes find it's a little glitchy from time to time on the computer but at home i use apple tv with the LP and it's excellent

Here is my plan most years recently.

Get a VPN.

Pretend to be from another country.

Get League Pass for very cheap.

Be annoyed with how crappy league pass is.

But appreciate how cheap it is.

End up watching illegal streams posted on Reddit half the time anyways. But you paid so its not really illegal.

Complain to the Jazz because we are only 1 of 4 teams that dont have a stand alone streaming option for our games locally.

I'm gonna give this a try this year could save me a couple of hundred bucks.

Yeah half the time I reckon the problem is on their end half the time its probably on my end, that said its only one in ten games (maybe slightly more) that is buggy.

I usually use it on the computer. If I cast it onto my chromecast it plays well, but 99% of the time it wont cast. This is one of the biggest complaints from other people about International League pass. Its been an ongoing issue for 5+ years and they wont fix it.

I have used it on other apps but I dont really want to pay for a VPN which would be required to get a decent VPN onto an app on apple tv or something else. I do run a VPN on my computer and use it through Kodi and its okay but it takes like 10 minutes to get it setup and running, so I usually am too lazy. Especially if I am watching live and can take 10 seconds to get an HD link for free online.

IMO nba.com is one of the worst websites on the planet. I dunno what they use but it's just not user friendly at all it's always glitchy too even on a fast computer, I can't imagine what it'll be like on a slow one. LP on it is always a coin toss everytime I'm using it whether it'll play the games properly or not.

With the amount of money they're making I'm always surprised as to how they can stuff it up so badly.

I guess maybe that's why - it's a monopoly so we'll pay for it no matter what quality we get.
you have computers in New Zealand ??

This is interesting cause I cast from PC onto my tellie, i assume most of my issues were related to my PC lacking the grunt to cast properly, planning to solve this by running a HDMI cable through the wall so i can just plug the TV directly into the PC.

Same old jokes.... Do you lack imagination that much?

Dude, you're getting slapped around by ONE LOVE, sort it out.

Kiwi's actually have some of the best internet in the world, significantly better than ours anyway, I think its cause they elected Sarah Jessica Parker as PM. (wonder if she's married to Mr Ed?)

Weird. I generally get good quality at about 3mbps. Good enough for me, anyway. If I watch at work, I need to proxy via home because our internet breakout is in some other weird country. I use ssh socks proxy, which works fine for me.
