Well you have official got my hopes up for this now.
 
Supposedly Kemba has a minor knee injury that could cause him to fall. Would love to pick him up at 12 if we go with Kanter or Williams.

Williams + Kemba would be fun for sure.

edit: Kemba at 12 would be a steal. People get caught up in what Kemba isn't, and fail to see what he is. The dude plays hard. Really ****ing hard. If he has shooters around him (like, say, Millsap, Derrick Williams and Gordon Hayward), he could even be a decent starter. And, as anyone who watched him play this past season should know, he's fun to watch.

edit #2: How exciting would it be to watch a lineup of Favors-Williams-Millsap-Hayward-Kemba? How do you defend that team in transition OR in half court sets? So many mismatches.

I told my wife this morning that I had posted to Jazzfanz that if the Jazz got Williams and Kemba I would take myself out for a steak dinner. She just said, "Oh, OK," then went about her business. Not sure if she realized I was serious.

Course I'd probably have to take her out for steak as well...

Kemba would be great at #12....just great. I've been against Kemba for most of the time, mainly because in no way or form did I think he was worth the #3 or would fall to the #12, but now that there's a chance he falls to #12....I'm psyched. I would go nuts if that happened.

lol. I might actually pay to watch the Jazz if Kemba were given 20+ minutes per game.

If the Jazz come out of this draft with Williams and Kemba without having to give up any additional assets, I'll likely be pinching myself for several hours.
 
Brian T. Smith: Haven't heard Kanter's slipped. But he's also not been informed he's going to Utah. Likely because Jazz are still exploring trade options.
