Warren's plan is 50+ trillion in 10 years.

Basic math. 50T divided by 10T is 5t.

The 3.2 was high but it's IN EXCESS of what we spend. 3.6 trillion x 10 is 36 trillion compared to Warren's 52 trillion.

The numbers aren't very specific at this point but it's basic math. It's at the minimum an additional 1.7 trillion annually.

To put the astronomical amount of money even adding 1 trillion is, the 2020 military budget is 780 billion. Which is still too much when were 20T in debt already.

The numbers are rising regardless, as the population ages. Sanders' and Warren's plans don't amount to an increase in overall NHE spending.

I'm not sure. Do you think it will be better or worse for citizens if we have a recessions and private individuals can no longer afford medical care, schooling, or environmental protection?

I survived the Bush and Obama recession... I still had private insurance.

So 3+ trillion annually extra comes from that? When we already spend around 3.6?

I don't buy it. We will be taxed heavily. I don't ask for much but where are all my so called fellow conservatives(fiscal) on this?

The nation is already $24 trillion in debt. There’s no paying that back. I don’t know why tf that is now a concern. Might as well help out the common man rather than the pharmaceutical and insurance companies that are robbing us. The costs are totally out of whack compared to other western nations. It’s fearmongering in its purest form and it’s BS

That comparison is bogus, I expect you to be smarter than that. Ferrari isn’t stealing money from me nor is a basic necessity.

I find unnecessary taxation as theft but I'm also an adult who can budget my money and I don't need the government codling me.
