WTF Rudy?

This is why I'm upset with Snyder right now. Rudy needs to be involved offensively to get fully engaged.
Mike has no clue how to get Rudy involved. Emanuel has no problem, attack the basket and drop it off to him.
Ingles being forced to guard Royces guy (when he was starting) really takes Joe out of the game. He's a good defender but he's not dominant. It takes a ton of his energy to guard them. Since Ingles is worn down he doesn't have the same game offensively and Rudy really relies on Joe to boost himself.
Bogey use to have the ball in his hands on like 20% of possessions. Now it's maybe 10%. Now he's regulated to standing in the corner or wing watching Conley or Mitchell dribble around.
This is so simple. Conley with Clarkson in the 2nd unit fixes this nonsense. Plus they both should be able to dominate any other bench units.

Don’t worry. Conley may or may not get benched next game, or viceversa.

Well that's exactly what this team is lacking - a floor general. No one is holding others accountable so everyone is slacking (almost). I've said it before...Donovan needs to
care less about his image for awhile and get in his teammates' grills and call them out for not giving a **** on the court. He's the only one with the hops to do so. If he wants a team to be his team, he must take this next step.
To their face, not the media though. Rudy is taking shots in media interviews. Trash.

Or he might get benched then un-benched, then re-benched at the last second only to be re-un-benched again.

I don’t think it was Quins decision. I’m putting this one on the front office... either bending to an agent request or just deciding they didn’t want to look dumb for getting a 35M backup pg.

That’s the other thing... it will look even worse when we finally do the right thing now... and we’ve extended our less than ideal rotation. Quin is striking someone’s ego... either Mike or the front office... he should just be trying to ducking win games.

Last night Bojan, JIngles and Clarkson shoot 6-24 from the field and we lose by 11. What kind of message does this send to the guys on the bench or the guys on the Stars? Let's reward poor performance by giving them more minutes and shots the next game. What do DL's and Quin's metrics say about these numbers?

Love Rudy but being 7'2" and not even having to jump to dunk it's absolutely inexcusable that he can't consistently post up even the smallest and weakest of guys. I understand his frustration as he absolutely works his *** off but I also understand players around him having zero faith in his offensive prowess.

Not at all. Myself and others said it at the time. Why the hell would they give him, at that age and at the dollar amount, an extra year when he had two years left? Made absolutely zero sense. Who the **** would give Ingles 14M at 34.6 years of age?
I think the rationale behind that was to re-assure and to get additional buy in for the bench role. We didn't know Mike sucked and that Joe would struggle without a pick and roll partner. Joe is still good... his death has been greatly exaggerated. His defense has slipped, but he had it rolling pretty well for about 6+ weeks. Still a weird thing to do unless he gave a discount... which we didn't get.

Agreed, it was a really dumb extension. I do think he’s probably trade-able if you do want to just blow things up though.
