Someone made a point the other day that this Corona freak out will likely save lives because the actual flu is far more common and kills way more people and this newfound common sense awareness of staying home when you're sick, hand sanitizer, washing hands, not touching everyone and everything will work wonders for the regular flu.
 
Some assholes raided the entire South Jordan Costco yesterday of all the bottled water (4800 cases) and most of the toilet paper. Preparing for the end times.

I have friends that just got home from a cruise yesterday. (It's actually the same cruise I will be going on). They had a great time.

Not to mention virtually everyone dying are old and/or have some pre-existing medical conditions and you’re a model of health.
 
CNN is reporting 6 deaths in Washington state. Which is weird because didn’t Donald tell us just last week that everything was “under control?” This is some hoax. I hope Donald tells those families dealing with the death of their loved ones that this is all just a hoax.
 
Thrilled.. stop my man. Love your posts, but we gotta stop making a virus a political item. Yes this goes for Republicans and bernieites as well. Just stay healthy.

It’s absolutely a political item. This administration has reacted slowly and deceitfully in order to avoid market panic and hurt re-election. We need to keep the pressure on so this administration does everything it can to contain this virus. Even if that means being painfully honest.

misinforming and lying to the public doesn’t help. Nor does appointing anti science morons like pence in charge. Or muzzling scientists.

Just like sharpiegate, Trump’s lies can hurt people. Maybe this admin should stop politicizing hurricanes and viruses?

As much as I agree with most aspects of your post, I do think we are overreacting with the coronavirus given certain data that compares it to the flu.

My gut tells me, this **** will be much ado about nothing in a few more weeks, the stock market will soar (it went up 1,300 points today), Trump (and his followers) will claim his leadership as the reason, and he’ll win in November in a landslide.
