There would have been about 100 ways to solve this issue if the FO didn't mess it up by making the trade for Conley

We had to dump Favors in order to sign Bojan after we made the stupid Conley trade. In hindsight, we should have kept Crowder and Favors while just signing Bojan outright.

Oh well, maybe we can convince Favors to return, but it can't be most or all of the MLE.

If you look at the roster alone, we are much behind in terms of players talent/team building compared to even the Suns/Twolves. With the splash brother returning for the Warriors, and Joe/Conley/bojan regressing next season as expected for players of their age, we'd be fighting for a playoff spot next season and it won't be easy
 
He would be un upgrade over Bradley or Davis, that's not hard to accomplish. He would profit from Joe in PnR. But for that I would prefer Favors who gives more on defense and rebounding. I would also prefer to get some stretch 5 instead.

You think Favors is a better defender than Harrell?

I'd rather have a stretch as well.
 
He'd fit well but he's not what we need to allocate our resources to. On a MLE type of deal he'd be awesome. He's hit some hard times and will likely take a contract hit because of it... but he's still a very good player.

They will be able to bring everyone back... the luxury tax bill won't even be that bad. I'd be more interested in Jamychal Green (for what he'd cost) than Trez.

Would he be an upgrade to our bench? Yes I am sure he would be. Also him and Mitchell are boys. But I really really doubt he leaves LAC for reasons stated.

Also in previous years it has been reported that JaMychal Green really likes LA and was always going to stay since being traded over from MEM so unless he gets traded or gets overpaid he ain't leaving.
