What's new

Nov 7th SLCC Exibition game feature several Jazz players

He looked leaner to me and overall more tone. The statements made earlier seem like bit of a hyperbole, but I think in person the changes are probably more distinct.

Can a few of you who watched please give me an accurate update on how much Al transformed his body? Use a 1 to 10 scale to rate his body last season and now this year, 10 being Dwight Howard, 1 being Dave Ballou.

Can I order a number 1 with extra toppings please?

This year the 10th top scorer in the league was nowitzki. So he has a longgggg way to go in order to be a top 10 scorer in the league. He should first learn how to play defense, get major mins, and then we will talk about how good scorer he will be.
Personally, I hope Utah does NOT have a top-10 scorer. I'd rather see good balance. If we have 2 players around 18-20 pts, a couple at 14-17 and then two more in the 10-13 range, that totals about 90 pts. Then the reat of the bench chips in 20 or so on average. That would put Utah at 110 pts/per. Perfect average, keeps the main 7-8 guys happy and the team is hard to stop if everyone is a threat to score.

You HAVE to have a top scorer. Balance is great, but in the playoffs, when you are down 2 points, you HAVE to have someone you can give the ball to on isolation that will get youpoints and/or a foul. We need Burks to pan out. We are good down low, we need a wing scorer that can get his at will.
