No, you're not getting it, the game was not over until the "last" play of the game, so that is the play that they either won it on, or lost it on. Besides the first play of the game made it 7-0, and they scored 10 later on. I could see saying BYU lost the game on the second drive/fumble of the game, but I was trying to follow Salty's logic on this, follow his lead.
