He started Paschall who hadn’t seen a minute since the Clipper game, and froze out Hernangomez. That’s not the kind of adjustment you make so randomly, particularly against a team of the Celt’s caliber.how many times has he said this after games ??
It's quite the indictment on Snyder that the team has been so not ready to play hard in so many games this season. Has he lost the ear of the team ??
One of the big jobs of the coach is to motivate guys and get them to play the right way.how many times has he said this after games ??

No, I don’t believe this is the case. I’ve heard, reliably, that this is on the players. Getting rebounds, making shots, executing — it’s all on the players. You can’t pin this on the coach if the players aren’t performing. The coach has an important role; an integral one. A good coach can bring you great success. But the failures are the players. Quin isn’t blowing the defensive assignments out there. One of the big jobs of the coach is to motivate guys and get them to play the right way.

And suggesting a coach isn’t getting through to his players? Nonsense. Quin’s players would run through walls for him, so I hear. They just can’t stay focused or play hard for him, but they’d run through walls for him, to be sure. A good father would die for his children. He may not be there at their sporting events, to help them with their homework, or in any time of need when his presence is required, but he would certainly die for them. It’s the hypotheticals that count, you see, and and not the every day mundane things like making breakfast. Making breakfast is pablum to the legend who would proclaim dying for their child. As long as players will metaphorically “run through walls” for their coach, it doesn’t matter what they won’t do on menial daily tasks like staying focused or playing defense.
Walls, guys. Walls.
Maybe it’s fair to say that they will run at walls for coach.
