Don gone, too?

It should have surprised no one that Quin stepped down. This has been well reported on for sometime. The Woj-Don-CAA connection is hilarious. All this does is give Don ammo to choose the next coach and/or a reason to demand out when he does. It was obvious that Quin/players were checked out this year. They were all just waiting for their respective exits.

My position on Don was that he was always going to demand out, but it didn’t bother me because I can’t blame someone for not wanting to play in UTA. He gave a lot to this franchise, and it could have been an amicable exit that benefited both sides. But this media circus game he’s playing is embarrassing. If anyone claims that this is some kind of shock, they are complete grifters. Don is a grifter and Woj is his mouthpiece.

The only thing more embarrassing is that our FO is indirectly being run by the FO of another team through CAA lmao. The Ryan Smith ownership is approaching Kings level of laughable.

Nah. We owe it to him to build around him. Give him a chance to shine. It's not like he's on the last year of his deal.

Believe it or not people, we will win games again if we don't have Rudy Gobert.

We as the Jazz owe to the Jazz to do what's best for the Jazz. If Mitchell wants the Jazz, he can come out and let It clear to be taken as a main piece of anything

Instead, even as already the main ballhandler, already the one everyone defers to in clutch time, already being the guy that gets pals traded into the team and out of the trading block, already made all star selections for his showing in the team, all he can say is he'll think about it and come with an answer in a week

Gundy just said "If you care about winning, you will get better at defense." DM instantly gets even worse.

Meanwhile the Warriors have dropped 87 in 3 quarters on the best defense in basketball lmao.

We owe to our best player, who is Donovan Mitchell, to play modern day basketball. We also owe it to him to build a team that supports his strengths instead of taking the ball out of his hands and having no defenders.

For as much as there was talks (among Jazz fanbase at least) of Hayward lacking the guts to come to the franchise and tell he wanted out instead of simply let It all roll to walk for nothing, there could be at least Donovan stepping in and saying he wants out, even if made through his staff and not his own mouth.

I don't need a love letter, just to not to need to as a fan to go through a sh*t of a lost year where all It is about is appease a star that will ask out after that. Unfortunately maybe throwing his teammate under the bus to the entire country on his social media (outside of all the work done through his staff conections with media) gonna be his most ballsy move in his time on the team

These seemed inevitable but I still wish Quin was staying and I will remain a Quin fan. I think he is and was a great coach. Being a coach that is a good fit with the Millers and DL is very different than being a good fit with Ryan and Danny. If this mean Donny wants out I am fine with that.

Almost all 3 time All Stars get a say at some point. Especially these days.

We have played basketball all one way. Time for a new era.

A fringe AS is owed having a team built around him? That's your logic? Same logic model that you used for "Donovan doesn't really use screens to score"?
