Jazz and Knicks discussing Donovan Mitchell trade per Shams Charania and Tony Jones

I don't get the mania for a chicken sandwich that is 2 pieces of dry bread, a single slice of pickle, and a dry overcooked hunk of chicken. Dry as a wad of paper towels. And their sauce is sickly sweet and cloying. Overall just yuck.

And don't get me started on in'n'out. Since I've moved to Cali I've had far more of that in work lunches and such than I care to remember. Burger is unremarkable unless you go all "secret menu" on it, and the fries are like little sticks of powdered potatoes that haven't been fully reconstituted. It's a special talent to ruin fresh cut potatoes like that. Ugh.

Chick-fil-A butters their bun, the chicken is juicy and they gave me 3 pickle chips on it. Mad delicious.

In-N-Out has the best meat for their burger opposed to other fast food places. I agree their fries are lacking they’re almost always over cooked.

We need to go to Chick-fil-A together so I can see what your secret is to get them to cook juicy chicken. At work we get it all the time because bosses rave about it, and I'll eat anything if it's free, and I've had maybe 2 or 3 out of countless that haven't been dry as a bone. And did you ask for the extra pickle? I almost always get 1 or 2 unless I ask for extra.

Growing up getting fast food was a treat that we only got once every two weeks if that so now that it is easily accessible as an adult I enjoy eating out for lunch a lot.

I don't do much fast food really. In Utah my go-to is crown burger. They always push every button. Consistently good. Here we usually hit a local burger place that is like crown burger light. Not as good but WAY better than any chain place. We mostly eat fast food at Jimmy John's really. Or Sam's clubs hot dogs or pizza.

Dry as a bone? I can say I’ve never had one I would describe as that. It might be your local one or something that’s kind of weird.

We had Popeyes at work the other day and the spicy chicken sandwich I had was ****ing great.

Also it seems like all fast food places are wildly under staffed so the food is usually kind of cold and even more *** like than usual so I stopped going (other than P Terry's which is a local pace that pays better so they don't have staffing issues)

I can get down with a roast beef sandwich from Jimmy John’s occasionally. Always get a quartered pickle too.

They are starting to pay more around here but even then it wouldn’t get you close to paying for anything more than a studio apartment.

Whopper or original chicken sandwich. Both good. Burger King’s fries are slept on too. They are great.

Sorry, BK’s fries suck.

But the Whopper with Cheese is amazing. Really tough not to get two for $5 when that’s the deal. So much better than McDonalds imo. Don’t get me wrong. I live McD’s cheeseburgers, Big Macs and such but they’re small and really taste very little like a real burger.

BK knows what they’re doing in that sense.
