I've read somewhere that it would take 2 first for the Bulls to consider trading Caruso.
And that might seem like a lot on face value, but is it really?
Caruso is the perfect fit for this Jazz team, especially if you are in the camp that thinks Sexton is a future top 3 option while this team enters it's championship ambitions phase. He would give us every single positive Dunn gives us, but better with offense/shooting to boot. Getting Caruso is the literal definition of building around Sexton IMO.
IMO the Jazz should be very aggressive pursuing Caruso.
Look for a trade for Clarkson with the intention of using the pieces gained from a Clarkson trade (Quentin Grimes?) to put towards a Bulls trade. Combine those pieces with one of the Jazz's Minny/Cavs/Lakers picks and get Caruso. Throw in THT for salary matching (also a Chicago native) and take back a contract to make it financially incentivized for the Bulls. Maybe the Bulls were high on Sensabaugh? If they need him to make the trade, do it.
