Alright so someone threw out bigger Hornacek for Kon and I can’t lie… I love it and I’m in. Just can’t decide if I want to go with Big Horny or Thicc Horny… leaning towards Thicc Horny.

I said bigger and chunkier, which is good because he holds his ground. Kon is just steady and tough mentally. He stays calm and makes clean decisions. That's worth a lot.

Thunder arent drafting for players to play now. They are drafting for players who will play in 2-3 years when they have to retool their roster due to financial constraints.

Jazz apparently interviewed Derik Queen and Jase Richardson at the Combine this past week. Not sure it means much, since interviews are now scheduled by the league.

I think it is obviously Kon with the highest BBIQ but it’s too early to take him at 5. I do think that BBIQ is one of the easiest things to teach and learn if they are willing. That is where the interviews become important to determine who that is.

I gotta wonder if you could do #5 for Brooklyn's #8 and #19 (we keep #21). I could live with taking Kon, but it would be hard stomaching reaching to do it.

I want no part of Kon. Kon is a great player he’s either 6th or 7th on my big board. I am not passing up on Ace or VJ or Tre for Kon.

The only thing you can take from that is agent/players desires more than team desires. And isnt necessarily true either because it might be a product of schedule conflicts.

Because it is the only part that 100% verifiable. Everything else is routinely lied about.

Could also just mean that after getting all of the execs and scouts on one place that he is hearing they are more interested than where he is being mocked.
