I'm pretty sure that is exactly what will happen (trump and his team will edit and scrub everything and then release it and his supporters will feel vindicated)

It gave me a CAPTCHA thing and then I could see the article but it was formatted weird and cutting off the edges so it was hard to read, but I could get the gist of it. Crazy.

I’ve been using archive dot today a lot lately, because of all the paywalls. The Drudge Report often posts paywall articles that are labeled “someone gifted this article”, but you can only view it, in the original, on his link.
 
So AG Pam Bondi directed FBI personnel to go through all the Epstein content and flag anything mentioning trump. Her #1 job duty is to protect trump from legal consequences.
I knew this would be happening. They will edit and hide much of the information to make sure that trump comes out looking ok.

Dick Durbin (D-Ill.), the ranking member of the Senate Judiciary Committee, says he has received information that Attorney General Pam Bondi “pressured” approximately 1,000 FBI personnel to comb through tens of thousands of pages of documents related to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein and flag any mention of President Trump.

Trump suing Rupert Murdock is so delicious.

If I were Rupert? I’d end Trump right now. You got the tax cuts and project 2025 that you wanted. You’ve destroyed the social safety net for generations. and you’ll continue to control the country via Fox News no matter who serves in the White House, (Vance, some empty chair or couch, etc). So I’d end Trump. If Rupert demanded that Fox News actually report Epstein and Trump, he could turn the base against him and perhaps even get him impeached and convicted.

Its a bold gamble by Trump to take on the Murdoch Empire, however, the conservatives here with the complete support of the Murdoch Empire, were absolutely crushed by Labor. Like not just beaten but historically beaten, Murdoch's media penetration here is significantly higher than the US, however we are by and large a significantly less conservative society.

Im betting Trump is gambling that his team of Alt right media outlets can counter Newscorp turning on the Trump Whitehouse. Its popcorn time.

Stacey Williams, a former girlfriend of Jeffrey Epstein’s, alleged that her ex-boyfriend and President Donald Trump “were very close and up to no good.”

The Trump administration is reeling after a tumultuous two weeks sparked by the Department of Justice, which found that Epstein did not have a long-rumored client list that Attorney General Pam Bondi claimed he had. The DOJ also repeated its conclusionthat the deceased sex trafficker committed suicide in a Manhattan jail cell in 2019.

In October, Williams accused Trump of groping her at Trump Tower in 1993 as part of what she described as part of a “twisted game,” during which Epstein smiled as Trump touched her against her will. A spokesperson for Trump denied the allegations.

Williams appeared on CNN’s OutFront on Friday night to discuss Trump’s relationship with Epstein, which has received renewed attention after The Wall Street Journalpublished a story describing how Trump sent Epstein a birthday letter in 2003 featuring a drawing of a nude woman. The president denies the reporting and is suing the paper and those associated with the publication of the story.

“While you were dating Epstein, can you tell us how close these two men were?” guest host Brianna Keilar asked Williams.

“They were best friends,” Williams responded. “I dated Jeffrey for a period of more or less, I think, about four or five months. And the only friend that he would mention every time we saw each other or had a phone conversation was Donald. And he would share a lot of anecdotes. I have plenty of anecdotes. And yeah, they were they were very close and they were up to no good.”

“And how did Epstein talk about Trump?” Keilar followed up. “What was the quality of those anecdotes, and how he described him?”

Williams said Epstein once told her that “he had to check in on [Trump] because he was unwell and very upset about something that had happened.”

“That was his bro. That was his wingman,” she continued, before referring to Epstein’s friend Ghislaine Maxwell, who is serving a 20-year prison sentence for child sex trafficking. “I’d hear about Ghislaine and I’d hear about Jeffrey. And I met Ghislaine in his house. She would come wafting in and out, the home in New York. So, [Trump] was clearly just someone that he talked about all the time.”

It’s absolutely infuriating to me that there was no Trump/Epstein investigation during the Biden Administration with the mysterious circumstances surrounding Epstein’s alleged jail cell suicide. And the money trail as well with over a billion in wire transfers from one account (post mortem to my understanding).

The Dems are at a distinct disadvantage as a party of idealist ideologues against Trump’s ruthless cutthroat’s. The alleged assassination attempt of Trump on July 13th, 2024 is a good example. Instead of insuring that there was a thorough investigation and that Trump’s ear was examined by a certified medical practitioner, the Biden administration allowed the Republicans to seize control of the situation redirecting focus onto the Director of the Secret Service (Ms Cheadle) testifying before an ad hoc committee a mere 9 days later during which time a thorough investigation into what actually transpired was trampled on and the critical moment lost! Meanwhile, like the bloodied pro wrestler, Trump pops up from the floor behind the podium with his fist to the sky for his glory shot! (How does a bullet graze flesh without a mark?)

Dems are regularly being targeted since Gabby Giffords and Nancy Pelosi (January 6th as well) and the Dems still wearing their white gloves, I just don’t get it. Now, it’s not only the politicians, as Trump’s Supremely Corrupt Court paves the way for the gradual eradication of Citizen rights in this Country while enabling the dismantling of Democracy.
