2026 NBA Trade Discussion Thread

All the pundits will tell you that you should just go straight up the chest of a shot-blocker. Takes away any angle to block the shot, get them going backwards on their heels. Best way to go at a shot blocker.

Zion is just such a wide body with an incredibly low center of gravity. He's like a cannonball coming at Wemby's lower body. Impossible for Wemby to get low enough to contain those drives.

I hate HoopsHype site these days. I know you can still get the "rumor stream" view there but since its no longer "selected headers" but instead its tweet length and less filtetered so feels cumbersome to go through it if you dont check it often enough.

Never been a fan of HoopsRumors. Are there other good quick scroll through sources for rumors?

what stands out to me most in those highlights is how quick zion is. wemby, despite being 7'5" has never looked slow to me. but in those highlights zion makes it look like wemby's playing in quicksand.

Guessing Giannis and the Bucks have finally come to terms with the fact that it's over. Steph Castle and Dylan Harper for Giannis seems the most likely move.

I think Utah would offer Kessler, Bailey and this year's unprotected draft pick, plus the Suns pick, the Lakers pick and another pick. For a team that's rebuilding like Milwaukee, that's worth considering. It's better than what New York will offer.

Jazz would build around Keyonte, Lauri and Giannis and retool during the offseason. Deal needs to happen in the summer after this year's pick is secured and Kessler's free agency is resolved.
