Following potential 2012 draftees

So Sacto and Utah are talking.....

Sacto: Hello Mr. O'Connor, ya see we have this pg guy on our roster that we don't really need anymore and you might be interested in, we'd just let you have him but the media will kill us if we don't get something for him. How about the #8 in last year's draft for your 2013 pick?

KOC: Click.

PKM did say the potential Warriors trade was a 3-way deal, so keep in mind these talks may be a part of that deal.

Jimmer was woeful in Sacto, NY has Linsanity. Utah might be the only market left for the Jimmer. Would KOC, uh Greg, do it? What is his value?

Jimmer was exposed as being too slow and not enough handle or passing/vision for a PG to play in the NBA.

Jimmer went to the worst possible team for his game. Not saying I want him, or that I think he will be a good player, but I think he can play in the NBA.

But what is Jimmer's value around the league and more importantly what would the Jazz be willing to give up to get him? I could see a Humphries for T-Rex type trade but the jazz don't have a busted pick to toss Sacto's way.

FWIW, If jazz are trading with Sacto, I have always liked Jason Thompson.

Sacto was rumored to be open to trading Marcus Thornton and openly talked about moving Tryeke Evans. I'm sure they'd move other players, but those were two that actually have some value.

Yikes ... are we really talking about Jimmer again? Please, no more.

And I really don't get excited about any of Sacto's players to be honest. Either don't fit well with what we're doing, or nothing more than (usually inefficient) role players.

Actually - come to think of it - he has done quite well for a guy who's yet to have had sex.

I know what that's like and it's not easy. :)

So.... I'd wage that once he's married - his improvement will be off the charts!
