I think it's the hair. in high school it was close and now it is crazy.
Gotta be honest. After watching the Wiggins highlights in his game against Pitt State, I am not really impressed with his on court demeanor and poise. Maybe it's unfair but I expected more. The way he carries himself... something seems off about it... there is no leadership, no poise. He is just kind of there. Kind of reminds me of Joe Johnson. I think Jabari Parker has a big edge in this department. I understand that it is unfair of me to expect so much out of Wiggins, him being 18 and all, and perhaps my expectations are just a product of the hype. If I am a GM in the NBA, Not sure I take Wiggins #1 until I see Wiggins with more poise and competitive fire. I didn't see a moment, a flash, a sparkle of killer instinct. He's young, I know, but I want to see that at some point this year.
This is a common knock on him. There is some concern whether he wants it badly enough.
Jabari hasn't demonstrated a ton of that either.
Though those are my top two, Randle is the one that does have that.. his on court demeanor is badass.
So you're basically saying Randle is the hungriest of the bunch?
Parker is gonna be really, really Duke.

When I say this, what I mean is that he will have a more successful career than Wiggins will.
And it's not just the homer in me saying that...I absolutely love his game.
