Agility and sprint measurements are important simply because it works. The quickest PGs in the league always had the top scores with these.

Also one thing you can't dispute is he has such large hands (9.5" width), which should help with ball-handling and rebounding.
Would I rather have this 3.19 than a 3.49? Yes, obviously. Athleticism is important. But these mean next to nothing, really. There are plenty of guys who are quicker than Exum who stink or never even set foot on an NBA court.
