Just curious where I stack up, and where everybody else is.

Im that 25% one

Hmm this chart doesn't take into account muscle compared to fat so someone with 20% body fat can look way different.

**Removed picture too many fat people with underwear**

If anyone says 3-4% they are crazy. Your skin will look like a leaf it is so veiny and dry looking. It is near impossible without drugs like HGH, T3, Trend, DNP, and Clen. Even 5-6% is near unobtainable naturally.

10-12% here, which is kinda high for me, but i was near 15% a month or 2 ago tbh, been playing basketball for 2 hours a day every day since though.

Actually fixed a few things with my shooting after I read some reports from pro scouts on Exum and Zach LaVine's shooting mechanics, somehow I've been really locked in shooting corner 3's from the left side.. I make 20 in a row on the reg

Sounds like you should try out for the Jazz, they could probably use you this year.

Haha, no way, These days I smoke before I play, the first time i made over 20 in a row this summer it was in the rain/wind worse than the Stauskas video tbh, for some reason I can shoot a wet ball better.

The ship sailed on my organized basketball dreams long ago, it sucks because I was actually easily one of the top 2 or 3 basketball players from my HS(top 3 biggest public highschools on long island) and all the kids on the team knew it (I'm WAY better than the 5'6" PG that was starting), but i was always in too much trouble, I never even was allowed to try out.

I live next to a college so i just play tons of pickup games there, theres also a spot i know with some really intense games, ex-college players, grown men typa deal.

Back when I lived in the city though, I'd go straight to the projects to find games.

The first chart looks off to me, but I'm certainly no expert. I just know what Trout's mom said her % was and it doesn't add up. Maybe she lied?!?! Don't know.

Women store fat in different places in proportion to men. Women store a lot more of their fat in their..... think hour glass figure. A woman who is like 12 percent body fat would have a six pack that is as shredded as a male with like 7% body fat.

I went with 10-12, but it could be a little higher or lower. I don't think I've ever had body fat measurements and I don't like to weigh myself so I don't really have a frame of reference for what a certain % or lbs look like on my frame. But I do workout quite a bit and eat decently.

Recently had a full medical check up and I have slightly lesser than 8% body fat. But it's no where similar to the pictures. I have more like a skinny type low-body-fat-body rather than muscled and athletic appearance.

Wow.. I'm really surprised. Lots of healthy people on Jazzfanz.

We need the likes of PKM and ZuLu to wake up and vote, they should skew the graph southward a bit more. (truth doesn't lie guys, sorry)

I'm hoping to cut mine in half so I can get down to that 40% one.
